The first reason being the important role the city of Philadelphia had in the creation of what we now know as the United States of America. The second reason being that this city was used for the famous Hollywood movie Rocky Balboa. A lot of scenes were shot here, which makes it fun and interesting to walk through this city and movie set!</p>

So Sofitel is all about art and style; chic but playful. It was the famous French designer Christian Lacroix who designed the hotel’s interior, the staff uniforms and the executive lounge. On my trip to Thailand in 2017 I had the privilege of staying there and write a Sofitel So Bangkok review.&nbsp;</p>
