Once upon a time... there was this small country village in the jungle of the Dominican Republic, where Jenny and Ryan came along for voluntarily sustainable development work. They fell in love with the place, purchased the land in 2017 and decided to start the Chocolate Mountain project.

A sustainable cacao plantation with not just cacao trees, but also a lot of other vegetation, which they use in the homemade meals for their guests, and a small wooden cabin or bamboo house where the guests can stay for the night.
