Or what about a <a href="https://www.traveltomtom.net/index.php?option=com_content&amp;view=article&amp;id=241:trip-to-raja-ampat&amp;catid=72" target="_blank">liveaboard in Raja Ampat</a>&nbsp;or diving in Sipadan, Malysia.&nbsp;These are just some of the most amazing scuba diving destinations in the world that I have been to. However I haven't been diving since 2014 now. Why not? Long lasting ear problems are keeping me out of the water, despite an eardrum surgery.</p>
